Flex-A-Rail White

Flex-A-Rail is a great awning track for twisting around corners. Made of extruded PVC, this rail track can be bent using steam heat or a heat gun, if necessary. It is also easy to cut with a hacksaw and can be shaped with a Dremel tool. Pair this awning track with a keder or vinyl awning rope which provides a great seal. Attach the awning rope to fabric or to a zipper and pull through the groove in the awning track.

To Install: Drill holes every 4"-12" through the center of the track with at least one hole next to each end of the track. Screw down the track to secure.

Please Note: Installation screws are not included. This Flex-A-Rail requires specific screws: Screw Flat Head #4 x #6 x 3/4". These screws will not inhibit the Flex-A-Rail from working properly as they fit flush within the track.

Sailrite Pro Tip: Using this Flex-A-Rail track with an awning rope fits very snugly and is hard to work around a corner with a radius tighter than 10".
