The yellow zinc-plated frame has vinyl handles for added comfort during prolonged use. Use this hand punch tool to neatly cut holes in fabric and vinyl assemblies in no time flat! A sturdy, professional tool, the Lift-The-DOT Deluxe Lever Hand Punch Tool can be used in up to four layers of Marine Grade Canvas (or equivalent thickness).
