This DOT® Twist-Lock Oversized Washer is used in the Cloth-to-Surface and Cloth-to-Cloth Twist-Lock (also known as Common Sense®) Fasteners. To complete this washer a Twist-Lock Eyelet is required. A Twist-Lock Plastic Reinforced Washer is recommended.
