Awning & Sling Chair Spline Cording 5/32" is a practical tubing for use in awnings and sling chairs. This hollow tubing is made from a low-density polyethylene that will not rot, absorb water, shrink or unravel. Use for sling chair spline and retractable awning cording.
Instead of using awning rope for a retractable awning, make a pocket in the awning fabric, insert this awning cording and slide into the extrusion. By using this method, there is no break in the fabric and the pattern flows all the way into the extrusion. Use the same procedure for sling chairs.
